Sorry. Friki's bad.

A garish orange conical object used by police to cordon off areas around an accident. Not too dissimilar to Heikki Kovalainen, really.

Also left out by workmen overnight to stop motorists driving into holes that they've dug. Due to their size, weight, and the fact that they are rarely guarded, traffic cones were prime targets for "zany" students staggering back home after a night on the shandies. If one was stolen around Christmas time, it could be decorated with tinsel and used as a cheap Christmas tree.

In Nottingham, competitive cone stealing reached a head during the second year, when Friki woke up to discover that it and its friends had somehow managed to pilfer a large quantity of plastic fencing from around the roadworks at the bottom of its road, which was now lying in a pile in its back garden. Cue Friki spending the rest of the day avoiding angry looking workmen stalking up and down the main road, before waiting for night to fall and surreptitiously dumping the whole lot in a nearby skip.
