Things to do near Totteridge and Whetstone
Totteridge and Whetstone initially seems to be a vapid intersection of some B-roads. In fact, Friki's former housemate, who used to get the tube here and transfer to her bus to work, has only one good memory of the place: The Griffin.
Totteridge and Whetstone also contains scary-looking houses covered in barbed wire, a remnant of the great Totteridge/Whetstone war of 1989, when the two opposing sides took up arms over whether or not their street signs really needed an accent on the ones pointing towards High Barnét.
Friki Verdict
Even the local neo-Nazi skinhead showing the "England" tattoo across his beer gut wasn't enough to diminish the appeal of Totteridge and Whetstone*. Five Celtic Crosses. Winner.
*On a sunny day. Friki reserves the right to relinquish celtic crosses in the event of bad weather.
