A hilarious half hour of extreme journalism. Will occasionally produce quite a good and fairly balanced expose on something or other, but usually just reacts in panicked outrage when it discovers some bloke from Wolverhampton accidentally got a tax bill for £500,000 instead of £500.

Despite the fact that the Inland Revenue fixed their mistake within days, which was caused by the work experience kid falling asleep on the "0" key inbetween coffee runs, and the fact that the other 99.9% of the population had no problems at all, that doesn't stop the eerie music and the voiceover from Trevor McDonald telling us we are about to discover "What happens when the Inland Revenue.....gets it wrong?".

Shameful.
