Friki highly doubts there ever was a Lord Aberconway, though it may be a medieval spelling of Apple Crumble.

The pub offers relatively cheap pints, and the chance to watch Sky News with the sound turned off, so you can pass the time by guessing the natural disaster currently being reported on.

Sadly, and rather pointlessly, the whole pub shuts down at 5pm on a Saturday, leaving you slightly sozzled, and stuck in the middle of London's finance district. Thankfully, you can hop on a tube and go somewhere more interesting.
