The Larrik
From Frikipedia
Pub near Putney Bridge in London.
The Larrik is a reassuringly expensive stock-London pub, which contains the rather dubious delicacy of Bulmers on tap.
The Aussie barstaff serve you your drinks while most of the clientele engage in rather public webcam discussions on their laptops in some of the dingier corners of the pub.
The Biltong Issue
You may be tempted to go for a packet of the "genuine South African biltong" snacks (made in Redditch) instead of a packet of crisps here. Don't. A pack costs a wallet-killingly expensive £2.50, and the salty meat tastes like, and Friki quotes, "faeces soaked in Bovril", and has the consistency of leather.
