The Hereford Arms
From Frikipedia
Magnificent pub in the Gloucester Road area of London.
Popular with Americans, but don't let that put you off. The Hereford Arms always stocks a wide selection of ales from across the hamometer range, and if you sit in the 'dining area' (it is not necessary to dine in order to do this, just pretend to glance at the menu once in a while), a Geoffish American waitress will bring them to your table. It is this bizarre combination of a superior American service mentality with all the trappings (and toilets) of an English pub that make the Hereford Arms unique.
Should your trousers be straining under a weight of surplus coinage, you might wish to sample the food. Friki recommends the California Sizzling Steak, which hilariously fills the room with smoke and causes the chef to come out and waft the smoke alarm with a tea-towel.
Frikipedia warning
However moist the Hereford Arms might make you, do not under any circumstances be tempted to purchase an Offical Hereford Arms Rugby Shirt. You will have gone foo.
