Although The Barracuda's menu promises the delights of a "Meat Skewer Trio" for only £7.95, you are unlikely to be able to take advantage of this bargain, or indeed buy a pint if Chelsea are on TV.

During this time, the chavvy landlady sits at the end of the bar, smoking her way through an entire tobacco harvest and making rather loud and obnoxious comments towards her chavvy Chelsea supporting clientele or the TV. Be prepared to stand at the bar for upwards of ten minutes before being acknowledged, and even then you just get asked to move out the way of the screen.

There is little else to do in The Barracuda once you finally return to your table, other than fend off the unwanted sales pitch from a small Japanese lady, who will attempt to sell you some knockoff DVD's out of a tattered Somerfield's bag.
