Scone

Not quite bread, not quite cake, but great with dairy products and jam, and a Quickbrew.

Frikipedia's Patented One-Paragraph Scone Recipe

Rub 2oz butter into 8oz self-raising flour with a pinch of salt, mix in 1oz sugar, followed by 5 fl.oz milk. Form into 1 inch-thick splodge, and cut out desired shape of scones. Bake at 220c for 15 mins.
