Pronounced Plur-stur. Drab area of East London and a station on the District and Hammersmith and City Lines.
Things to do near Plur-stur
First and foremost, walk past the Ford garage and go to the little Chinese place for a much needed feast. Forget all about rice cakes and bikini season and just plow on through a cavalcade of MSG-ed chicken concoctions, along with some yummy pork ribs (that technically count as white meat).
Then, go over the road and get disturbed in a random pub that Friki forgot the name of. You'll recognise it by the 80 year old man quietly enjoying a pint with his Thai bride, the Fruitie that actually pays out, and the disturbing method that the barmaid "replaces" the vodka bottles by taking down the old ones and refilling them from an unlabelled bottle she got from the cellar.
Friki Verdict
A cool two and a half Celtic Crosses for Pluuuur-stuuuur. Many plus points from the chinese, many minus points from the pub.
