Mastermind used to be presented by the excellently named Magnus Magnusson, but is now presented by the rude shouty interviewer off Radio 4's Today programme.

The secret to winning Mastermind was to make your specialist subject as specific as possible. To limit the sphere of knowledge the questions could encapsulate. So instead of having your specialist subject as Cars, instead say Ford Fiestas made between April and May 1998. Bingo.
