Irreasonable

Something that is not advised, but yet, not catastrophic.

There are actions which are deemed "reasonable", those which are known to be "unreasonable", and, a very broad grey area known as irreason.

Example:

The decision to have another beer and smokable at 1:00am on a Monday night/Tuesday morning is irreasonable, but certainly not unreasonable.
