Utterly trite magazine, usually bought by women who treat Victoria Beckham as a role model and by hairdressers so they have something to put on the table in the waiting room to cover the coffee mug rings.

Filled with bags of tosh celebrity gossip, with headlines usually along the lines of "Jay Kay caught putting the bins out!" or "Charlotte Church gets the milk in without putting some makeup on first!".

Also has photoshoots where desperate celebrities such as some no mark from Big Brother invites the magazine to come and take photos of their house while they prattle on about how great their life is, as if anyone actually gives a fuck.

Heat is bubbish.
