Overview
Station on the Bakerloo Line. Also a station on the District, Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines, though these are oddly housed in a seperate but identically named station a few yards away.
It is a short walk from Marylebone station, but be warned, take a slightly wrong turning and you'll end up walking down a fairly busy dual carriageway, which springs up out of nowhere unannounced. Given that it completed this walk shortly after emerging from The Victoria and Albert, Friki barely resisted the temptation to throw itself under a passing lorry on the hard shoulder.
Things to do near Edgware Road
There are numerous shisha bars around Edgware Road, for all your smoking needs. Apparently, smoking a shisha is one hundred times more bad for you than smoking a cigarette, so Friki didn't bother and just bought another 20 Marlboros.
If you wish to destroy your liver, as opposed to your lungs, head for The Chapel. This will also destroy your wallet.
Friki Verdict
A strong 3 Celtic Crosses out of 5 for Edgware Road. Though as there are two stations, perhaps that should be 1 1/2 each.
