The East London line is a pointless tube line that goes nowhere of any importance ever.
It has an ECUC of 0%, since nobody ever uses it. Ever.
Nevertheless, Friki feels duty bound to increase that percentage.

The East London Line is the scariest underground line to ride on, coming in slightly ahead of the be-tyred Victoria Line.
Despite the fact that the train never goes faster than 5mph, it still feels constantly on the verge of de-railing, while the whole service will occasionally grind to a halt in the middle of nowhere to swap drivers. Replacement drivers are focred to stand on a tiny raised platform in the middle of a rather busy set of points when they're not driving trains, where they are given a square meal and a copy of The Sun to amuse themselves while they wait.
Friki Update
The East London Line recently closed down until "summer 2010", and when re-opened will not be a London Underground line anymore, instead forming part of the re-painted botch job that is London Overground.
This random reclassification of the line's position relative to the ground means that it no longer falls inside Friki's remit of getting drunk at every station on the tube map, rendering Friki's selfless trek to the depths of half the stations on the line utterly pointless.
To prove how few people cared about the runt of the tube line litter, TFL recently withdrew the replacement bus service it had set up to run the East London Line route while there were no trains, because nobody was using them.
