Dim Sum

An oriental type of cooking, which roughly translates as "wrapped in gooey starch".

Can be taken as a version of tapas, hence you order small plates of a large amount of dishes, consuming a quarter of what really constitutes a hearty meal for three times the price.

Ideally enjoyed with a relaxing cup of Chinese tea. Alternatively, a number of bottles of obscure lager.
