Ingredients

  • Rump steak
  • Cornflour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil

And for the sauce...

  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Red chillis (chopped, dried, preserved, whatever)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Slice steak into long, very thin strips (as thin as you can)
  • Mix cornflour, salt and pepper
  • Coat beef slices in flour mixture
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Fry floured beef in pan until it is... CRISPY BEEF!
  • Drain on kitchen paper
  • Clean pan
  • Mix soy sauce, honey, CHILLI, garlic, ginger, ketchup, salt and pepper to form a sauce
  • Heat sauce in cleaned pan until starts to bubble
  • Add CRISPY BEEF to pan
  • Toss CRISPY BEEF in the CHILLI SAUCE
  • Serve. In a bowl. You should probably add some rice, but Friki didn't bother.
  • Eat your CRISPY CHILLI BEEF.
