Ingredients
- Rump steak
- Cornflour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable Oil
And for the sauce...
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Red chillis (chopped, dried, preserved, whatever)
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Tomato ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Slice steak into long, very thin strips (as thin as you can)
- Mix cornflour, salt and pepper
- Coat beef slices in flour mixture
- Heat oil in pan
- Fry floured beef in pan until it is... CRISPY BEEF!
- Drain on kitchen paper
- Clean pan
- Mix soy sauce, honey, CHILLI, garlic, ginger, ketchup, salt and pepper to form a sauce
- Heat sauce in cleaned pan until starts to bubble
- Add CRISPY BEEF to pan
- Toss CRISPY BEEF in the CHILLI SAUCE
- Serve. In a bowl. You should probably add some rice, but Friki didn't bother.
- Eat your CRISPY CHILLI BEEF.
