Overview
Station on the Piccadilly Line. Also a massively overpriced market area in central London, popular with tourists, pickpockets and the dreaded mime artist.
Things to do near Covent Garden
Plenty. Go for some swanky food. Friki recommends some Italian place down an alley that it can't remember the name of. Or there's a dodgy fair trade cafe improbably located on the very top floor of the world's tallest jock shop, which sells random hiking/surfing/skating gear for gimps.
For beer, there's an All Bar One which is pleasantly expensive, or you could walk a short distance over to Leicester Square. Though frankly, unless you're an unfeasibly rich tourist, Friki recommends leaving this whole area for somewhere cheaper.
