Pub near Embankment tube station in London. Curiously located in a cave underneath the big PWC building. Rumoured to be quite exclusive and with a dress code. However, they allowed Frikipedia researchers in wearing trainers and dressed like tramps.
Champagne Charlies is nearly famous for having sawdust all over the floor, and for serving its ale in small pewter tankards, making people question whether or not they have actually gone back to 1525.
Despite all this, Frikipedia awards Champagne Charlies 2 1/2 celtic crosses out of 5. Largely due to it not stocking Früli and an utter lack of stuff to do once in there, other than look worriedly at your tankard.
