Binge drinking

Process of staying sober throughout the week, before cramming your liver full of cheap vodka of a weekend. Employed in the UK by anybody with a 9-5 job.

Can be easily avoided by drinking heavily in the week as well. Nothing that you do consistently every day can be considered a "binge", after all. I mean, people eat every day, but they're not all "binge eaters".

Binge drinkers have recently been assisted in their quest by the introduction of 24 hour licensing laws, allowing their weekend binge to continue unabated throughout the early morning.
