Bar cuba
From Frikipedia
Salsa Bar on High Street Kensington. Noted for the fact that it stays open until 4am, and if you promise to take a group of 30 people there, they'll let you in for free, and sell you "cheap" drinks.
Also allegedly serves food. The only food Friki has ever consumed there are the slices of lime they put into your bottle of Corona, which incidentally makes your stomach feel as bad as your head the next day.
The main drawback is the gents', which allows you to do your finest impression of Jesus Christ and walk on "water".
Frikipedia went to Bar Cuba last night, and now feels like it was mugged by some limes on the way home who squeezed lime juice into every crevice. And was then raped. By some limes. The ancient maxim that 'Bar Cuba is Always a Good Idea' is now therefore under scrutiny. Frikipedia did however have an interesting discussion about 80's TV, possibly with a lime.
Friki Update
Bar Cuba is no more. It has been replaced by a trendy wine bar. Friki is saddened, although slightly relieved by the reduction in lime-laced beer to be consumed.
