Origin

Inaccurate reference to Adelina Poerio, star of the 1973 epic Don't Look Now. She is listed in the credits of the film as 'dwarf'. To spoil the plot of the film entirely, she plays an evil dwarf, pretending to be Donald Sutherland's dead daughter. He chases her through the streets of Venice, and when he finally catches up with her, she turns round and whacks him in the neck with a cleaver. Bebby. It it rumoured that Anita has an equally scary brother, named Len, who comes to collect the rent.
