He's totally serial.

Managed to blame the election defeat to Monkey from the PG Tips adverts on the fixing of the Florida result. Conveniently papering over the issue that he had spent the entire election campaign being as vote-winningly charismatic as a tin of beige paint.

Since then, has turned his attention to pointing out how rubbish we all are, and how we're all going to die unless we listen to him. Because of his earlier beige paint/charisma issues, mind, he has little power other than the ability to mass produce DVDs containing blurry scenes of himself staring wistfully out aircraft windows. Whilst Monkey is very successfully using the seat of absolute power that Gore so disappointingly declined to wage war on anything and everybody.
